Condolence Message Samples for a Husband
Dear Eileen,
I was deeply saddened by the death of William. This must be very difficult for you. You are in my thoughts and my prayers.
William was such a kind person, who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. I will miss his helpful advice. I remember the time when I was building the shed in my backyard. William looked over the fence and couldn't stop laughing at me! I had made such a mess of the yard, the shed, and myself. I had made too many cuts the wrong length and had strewn the planks all over the backyard. I was becoming more and more frustrated with that project. But hearing his laughter, made me realize that I was taking everything too seriously. When I looked around, I couldn't help but laugh. I'm sure you remember that day, June, when William came over to help me finish the shed. He stayed and helped me until midnight! I'll never forget that time. Every time I look at the shed, I think of William. Now, I think about how much I will miss him.
William has passed on to a better place now. You can take comfort and strength from the wonderful family you and he had together. I know their love will get you through this sad time. I would like to offer my help, not with building sheds, of course, but I can come over on Thursdays and help you with the yard work. Please call me at (phone number) and I will arrange to meet with you next Thursday.
May God bless you and your family during this time and always.
